Jennifer launched Free Pour Jenny’s in 2016, combining her interests in mixology, foraging, gardening and alchemy. She is passionate about sustainable harvesting of local ingredients, supporting local farmers, and about local food.
Free Pour Jenny’s creates small-batch, handcrafted bitters, tonic syrups, and shrubs using homegrown and wild, foraged ingredients in Whitehorse, Yukon Territory. These unique bitters received nine medals at the 2021 Canadian Artisan Spirit Competition.
